Cultures requirement and PSY 201 can be used for the Gen. Ed. Social Sciences or as a PSY Elective for: Psychology Majors/Minors, Associate of the Arts-Pscyhology Emphasis, or Social Science (For Teacher Licensure). This course is an online Session 5 class and the travel component is May 17-24, 2020.

Students will study major adjustments throughout life in Ireland, which offers a unique opportunity for comparison with the United States. Students will have the opportunity to learn about how individuals in Ireland adjust to being a college student, retirement, dealing with the loss of a loved one, and what policies and procedures are available in Ireland to help individuals cope with these transitions (e.g. family leave).
